Yesterday morning when I started the car up I noticed that the fuel consumption and trip mileage had reset to zero. I hadn't done this!! Both were correct the night before.
Any suggestions?

Hi OB1, i have had that happen 2 times to me so far as well, though earlier when i first got the car. It has not done it since. I did notice the instrument cluster switch off and quickly back on the 2nd time it did it just after i started the car and started to drive. Can only guess that the data is not from the engine ECU but some other controller, so maybe some low 12V instances could have caused the data to be lost.
I was used to lot better trip data coming from a 2020 Octavia, where you had a Since Refill, Long Term and Since Start data (last 2 can be reset manually as needed).
Symbioz however only has one and i am trying to use it as a since refill but the twice its glitched has prevented me from getting these figures.
Strangely there's history data of the driver performance score on infotainment screen which is the most useless thing to record ever compared to fuel economy for a economy based hybrid car (in my opinion).
