Insurance cover !!!!! what is not coverd

Hi all my car insurance is due for renual soon, so did search for best price,
Warning for all the Iconic owners read the exclusions panoramic glass roof not coverd in a lot of policies !!!!
this is all makes exclusion so do read before buying or and check current policy , for the cover exclusions you may or may not have full glass cover .
soft tops are not coverd by some policys .

interesting..... however if you declare the full model as "Iconic" which has a factory fitted glass roof, I would be very surprised if it was not covered.

For sure, if you (a) declared the wrong model, or (b) fitted any modifications - then, fair game.

i apreciate your thinking , i have an iconic version, and declare

i looked at two cheap quotes both do not cover panaramic roof glass.
these cheap policys are intentionaly limited in cover to reduce insures liability one need to look carfully at underwriting exclusions sections ,
and exxcess damage costs imposed and taken , before purtchase.

I checked my insurance and all glass appears to be covered. See attached.

It will always be covered but often only as a full claim. Mine is half way, it is classed as a glass claim but the excess is the full excess not the glass excess.
