Manual gear change

According to the handbook it says that gears can be selected be manually by using buttons either side of the steering wheel. Is the possible?
The buttons on mine do not correspond with those in the handbook.
This feature would be useful when climbing steep bills

I think the handbook/online manual covers many models. I have the Iconic Symbioz and there is no manual gear change option.

I don't think this feature is available in the UK. The handbook does say "depending on the vehicle" There are a number of options described in the handbook that are not available in the UK.
