Hi all,
Having ordered my symbioz early Oct including the detachable towbar, I am still waiting for the towbar components to be delivered to the dealership. It seems that 1 component is not available.
Today, I googled towbars for the symbioz and can get one fitted on my drive this Friday morning for <£900; however I am concerned that this could affect warranty etc for such a new car and model.
Needles to say HO are not responding to my calls today!

To date, Renault HO have failed to offer any compensation for this issue, nor for the previous flat battery that left me without the car for 30 days.

I love the car, but aftersales and service beyond the scope of the dealership is shocking.

So the towbar was fitted on Tuesday and all seems fine, I even got decent compo for the protracted inconvenience.
Other buyers had received a gift pack which included a model of their car so I also asked for one of those, but they were limited to a short promotion window only.
Still enjoying the car but the software needs further attention.

The software is not great. I've got unresolved issues from day one and that's almost six months. It's a great car alright but these niggly mostly intermittent problems are so frustrating. I'm at the dealers again in a couple of weeks. I will keep at it regardless of the outcome.
