Solar Bay
This works well with the overhead button although I'm still struggling with voice commands. Using the words clearing to open and darken to close work some of the time. Some of the Symboiz's big brothers like the Scenic and Rafale have the solar bay and I'm searching YouTube for some guidance. The dealer hasn't managed to sort it yet. Maybe another email to Renault UK.

Hi. Wondering if it is related to voice training, or possibly having a strong/connected mobile signal (mentions in the following doc that voice commands require a data connection).
This is generic but may be useful. Also mentions facial recognition, does the Symbioz have that?

Various words can work like DARKEN SOLARBAY, LIGHTEN SOLARBAY. There is a place in northern Scotland called solar bay and the map directions come up immediately. So it can be very frustrating. The overhead switch is the best.

It is about voice training.
Ensure you are logged into Google, and that (other devices) have your voice pattern set up - such as phone/ laptop.
You also need to speak firmly, such as if asking an excited dog to sit.
“HEY GOOGLE, Clear The Solar Bay”
Of course it (should) also work for changes to AC temp, fan speed, etc.
Try it whilst parked and with music off, to hone your practice.
