I've had my Symbioz for 3 months and done 2500 miles. I have not seen another Symbioz in that time. There are plenty of new Captur models on the road.

Still not got my Symbioz yet. It's at the dealers but I'm holding off till the 1st March. It's a bit pretentious I know but I want the new reg and I've never had a brand new car before. Also I've got some mucky DIY stuff to finish first. Since ordering the car well before Christmas I've been looking out for Symbiozes and only today have I made my first confirmed sighting in the wild - a black one near Carmarthen. I'm doing around 1000 miles a month so not very common here.

I didn’t put a 74 plate on mine, cos new plates tend to attract jealously. I have (despite quirks) really enjoyed driving it. Great car. I do understand your worries on DIY rubble through. It’s got a huge boot (especially when rear bench slid forward) and with the high boot floor combined with underfloor storage, a few cheap solutions from Amazon could keep it protected.

Hi

I am a father of three making almost 18000 klm per year with three kids. Would you consider a better option Symbioz or Autral and why?

You could read the reports on the likes of Autocar, Honest Johns and Autotrader. There are many other reviews on YouTube.

Well folks, I finally picked up my Symbioz Techno Esprit Alpine today. As expected, it's a big change from my previous diesel Ford Connect but I like it already. I made a mistake by setting up Android Auto. I just don't need it. I'll work out how to get out of that tomorrow and then just use bluetooth for my calls. I've been driving like a Grandad (after all I am a Grandad) and the car shows 58.4mpg for todays 100 miles or so on single carriageway A-roads, towns and villages.

Disable Android Auto from your phone.

Thanks Rizmo. I've done that now. I'll be going for a drive-with-no-purpose this afternoon. The joys of a new car.
