My towbar is yet to make an appearance anywhere, despite being paid for at point of sale 18 Oct.
Not the best start to the ownership experience 🙁

Specialist Renault engineer from HO to visit and try to diagnose the fault(s).
Some teething troubles are to be expected, but it is clear this model has more than it's fair share and urgently needs a major software upgrade.
I agree, there definitely needs to be a software upgrade. I often get messages like the rear windows are unlocked or some security warning.

At the dealers yesterday and although none of the faults were found some computer files were updated so over the next few days I'll check some stuff for improvements or otherwise. Although not complex the menus are both many and varied so it's all going to take some getting used to.

The updates didn't work. All the same issues are still there. It's no big deal but very frustrating all the same. I'll go direct to Renault customer services next year. No point in trying to pursue answers in the holiday period.

Mine was fixed on Thurs. Local dealerships have not been given the full diagnostics yet, so only HO specialists could tell the car to accept the new module.

Local dealer was brilliant throughout, car fully valeted and fuelled berries return, flowers for my wife and a bottle of red for me.

HO yet to get in touch again

I’ve got a mobile of an agent at head office so just text to and fro or call her if I need to. She has been the one plus in the saga I’ve had.
