Glad to help.
The reset process by holding down the button on the top of the sceeen usually solves minor glitches. All the new Renaults have this reset feature. Our Megane EV also resets by touching the soft power button on the touchscreen.
On our car, we’d noticed that since setting up My Perso to customise the safety features, the car wasn’t showing speed limits. After a quick reset, all was well.

This morning my new symbioz wouldn't unlock or open the boot with either remote control! Yes there was a frost, but my older cars thankfully unlocked allowing me to head off to work.
I have contacted the dealer and as yet have no reply.
My wife is now on their case as I'm away on the road. She found that the car unlocked fine this afternoon once the temperature had got above freezing.

Hope you get it sorted. The buttons on my remote rarely work. Rely on the Auto Unlock as I approach and pressing the boot button. Though it’s down my list of car issue priority’s at the mo.

Had a strange one this week. Main/entertainment screen was playing up, mainly CarPlay related, then the button to change the temp (first button) was not responding.
I asked Google to change the temp, which it did, and the display also updated, but the button was still not responding .
Decided to check again on the next trip and it was back to normal….

I was called this afternoon from Renault customer care regarding my car troubles. Seemingly they have informed the dealer to order and replace an ECU. I asked if these are in stock or need to be ordered from France, no one seems to know.
When I bought my car (6 weeks ago) I also requested the demountable towbar and this is still on back order from Renault France.
Not the best astray to my ownership experience although the dealership are keeping me on the road with loan cars.

So the ecu was changed from a donor car to no effect.

Some teething troubles are to be expected, but it is clear this model has more than it's fair share and urgently needs a major software upgrade.
