Not just play store, has stopped on my iPhone too 😵‍💫

On the UK Facebook group, Renault posted the following this morning:

Good morning, we would like to confirm that the issues with our App that were linked to our servers over the weekend have been resolved. We understand how frustrating this may have been and we would like to apologise for the inconvenience and disruption in our services. We are continuing to work with our technical teams to ensure that any remaining concerns are addressed.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Still not working for me. I have tried clearing the cache, deleting the data, uninstalling the app, re installing - still cannot get past the log in page. I have contacted the multimedia team on WhatsApp once again to see what they have to say.

Same for me. It stopped working today. It's never worked properly for months. Shows kilometres instead of miles.

The app is now working again, sort of. Annoyingly it shows the total mileage in kilometers with no obvious way of changing to MPH. Frustrating,

Strangely my app never stopped working and does show miles rather than km

Trying to get Renault Technical to sort it is proving to be somewhat of a marathon. There are no quick fixes for anything to do with this app.

It was sort of working for me when I got the Renault email shortly before delivery, asking me to install it (it showed my model and the status of delivery).

However it then stopped working. Resorted to logging a tech ticket on 22nd November- they’ve acknowledged it is being worked on, but no sign of fix.

After 4 frustrating months the My Renault app shows the distance my car has covered in miles rather than kilometres.
