Still experiencing disappointing MPG. Mostly A roads.

On a similar note, Renault ‘sort of’ fixed my Renault app this week (being able to log into the damn thing)… below is a screenshot

Seems all it can do is flash the lights 3 times (but that hasn’t worked yet).

It provides a copy of estimated miles left.

I assumed the stuff that was there before (I was able to log into) about pre-warming the car was only for electric vehicles?
Do you have anything useful and working on yours?

I've found the app is garbage! I've managed to flash the lights - but it takes a full 10 seconds to take effect, so what's the point. I've given up on My Renault.

The app is ok for browsing the manual and a few more things. As regards real time info it's poor. Still shows my overall miles covered in kilometres. Yet the front page shows miles left in tank. What the litre total underneath stands for I have no idea.

The litres underneath is the current litres of gasoline you have in the tank, pretty useful if you're using litres like I do.

I filled up last week, more than 30 litres and the mileage left showed 475 miles and 12 litres. It's been like this since the app was updated weeks ago.

Hi All The APP to day, App shows 6 gallons in tank and 283 mile range , at 47 mpg is about right ( was in ltrs till this morning = 6ltrs ) after a cold short run 2 miles heating on etc, all use power, MPG varieies between 47 mpg and 69 mpg , steady 60 mph on A55 chester to LLandudnow achieved 62 mpg on auto cruse, in comfort mode , its new only 345 mile on clock , predicted range will be calulated on last drive and MPG achieved as far as i can tell.
it hast to base calulations on somthing our driving style and conditions give actual MPG in real time so light foot B mode gear box to get most recovery and keep indicator in eco it may say Alpine but it is no sports car but for me fast enough not used sport mode yet not need it . as a foot note its is an estimate at a point in time , not seen another on road yet ,

I often get pretty high ‘eco rating’ or whatever it’s called but nowhere close to getting 600 miles from a tank- irksome.

Rare car for sure. Over approx 2 months I’ve seen only 2 others on the road, which I find surprising. I guess it is too new.

After almost 5 months of ownership and 3500 miles, I have yet to see another Symbioz on the road. My dealer says they've sold a few but sales have not taken off and are nowhere near the Captur. As for mpg figures, mine seems to be going backwards. Latest reading is 45 mpg this being based on full tank to full tank. Not many miles in EV mode either. Hopefully the cold weather is mostly responsible as I've had much better figures a couple of months ago.

Hi all. Very new owner here. I have the Iconic Esprit Alpine and am unfamiliar with hybrids or automatic transmission vehicles in general. I've only had the car since Jan 30th and, in the short time I have driven, the mph has been nowhere near the suggested levels - albeit mainly stop/start commuting in traffic. My bigger concern, which obviously may be connected with the above, is how fast the engine seems to be revving especially whilst idling. I have only been aware of this in the last week or so but it's even the case whilst in eco mode. Any suggestions or should I be heading back to a dealer? Thanks in advance.
